You build in Asia and sell on the US storefront. This is the order we check before a first submission — operational guidance only, not legal or tax advice. Rates and required fields: verify in App Store Connect and Apple’s current documentation.
Align bundle ID, signing, price tier, and Review Notes (test account, how to exercise IAP) before you upload. US listing copy needs clear en-US title, subtitle, and screenshots. If the in-app UI is still Chinese-only, review friction and user expectations both suffer. Do not leave Connect required fields for “later” — a rejection usually costs another review cycle.
Paid apps typically must complete Privacy Nutrition Labels that match your privacy policy URL and what your SDKs actually collect. Analytics, crash, and ad SDKs map to different data types; wrong answers fail review more often than empty ones. When unsure, read Apple’s App Privacy details and answer from your real implementation — do not copy a template from another app.
Digital features or content on the US App Store generally go through Apple IAP. Subscriptions must disclose trial terms, renewal price, cancel path, and Restore — reviewers test purchase and restore. Small Business Program commission rates and other tiers: read what Connect shows today; do not hard-code percentages into marketing screenshots.
Apple announced EU App Store business term changes around 2026-08-18, effective 2026-10-01. If you mainly ship US or China storefronts, day-to-day US submission paths usually stay the same. If you sell in the EU, watch Connect for new terms and fee schedules. Check Apple Newsroom and Connect announcements for numbers — this article does not quote Apple’s rates for you.
Guideline 4.3(b) targets spam, reskins, and overlapping apps from the same developer. A common Asia-indie mistake: several similar bundles already live in one region, copied unchanged to the US — high rejection risk. One core product, one bundle ID; ship major features via IAP or in-app modules instead of a fleet of look-alike apps.
Title and subtitle have character limits; the first lines of description should say who it is for and what problem it solves. Lead screenshots with core interaction, not slogan walls. For bilingual listing rewrites, see AppLocale on our shop — still no ranking promise.
Fortune Insight’s Ship from Asia pack ($29 one-time) covers Connect order, listing fields, screenshot story order, privacy questions, IAP notes, EU fee pointers, and a worksheet that links to official sources — delivered as a bilingual web page after Stripe payment. No ranking guarantee. No one’s production source code.
